You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 48 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations forfeits deposit. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@EliteLaserTherapy.com or calling our office 775-722-0884. If Elite Laser Therapy cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
