Service Description
A laser Therapy Practitioner will go over the on-line questionnaire and prescribe a personalized treatment plan based on the assessment and severity of the condition. The number of treatments will depend on the diagnosis and your body's response to the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged $25.00. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@EliteLaserTherapy.com or calling our office 775-722-0884. If Elite Laser Therapy cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
