Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@EliteLaserTherapy.com, calling our office or texting 775-722-0884. If Elite Laser Therapy cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
